Here at ZERO TO ONE, we are open to any possibilities! We ignite innovation and spark ideas from passionate people. Our mission is to empower entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs to dive into new business opportunities, build essential skills, and foster innovation that transforms ideas into real-world impact. Our goal is to build startups that drive sustainable impact and strengthen SCG’s market landscape.

ZERO TO ONE is designed as a sandbox program where small business ideas are developed, supported, and tested.

We facilitate small-scale transactions to assess market potential and product viability.Our program separates into a three-stage journey—HATCH, WALK, FLY—aligned with the principles of new business development. Successful ventures can become standalone businesses or integrate seamlessly into SCG’s core blueprint, shaping the future of the organization, driving workforce transformation, and fueling business growth.
